Instructions

Welcome to the Membership system! This system allows you to communicate with your broker electronically using their system. The benefits to you will be less manual filling in of forms and the ability to apply easily to more than one product! The benefits to your broker will be a much quicker application process for you!
Please be assured that all information you enter will NEVER go to any other company or individual! The ONLY exception to this is when you agree to have your information submitted to a lending institution as an electronic or manual application. Be assured that your broker ONLY deals with lending institutions that follow these same guidelines.
Now to the software instructions...
To start, click on the 'Register' menu item. This program will load some basic information into the system and will allow you to move to the next steps and 'Login' in the future. You will enter your e-mail address, the password you wish to use and your first and last names. You will be able to login into the system at any time once this is complete this step to enter your additional information required for a loan or program, change data as it changes in your life and check on the status of your application. Your loan officer will keep this system appriased of any and all activities performed on you behalf.
Next you can click on the 'Profile' menu item. This will allow you to enter or change any of your personal information at any time. Once it is loaded in this system, your will never be required to manually fill out paperwork for most applications. The profile screen is where you can (and should) change your password and / or e-mail address. Remember your e-mail address is what we use to ensure you are unique in our system.
You can log out at any time, or if you close all of your browser windows you will be automatically logged out.
If you forgot your password, you simply have to click on the 'I forgot my password' menu item and it will be e-mailed to you within minutes.
