A brief description of some steps in the process: We have a Non-Circumvention/Non-Disclosure agreement form (NCND) & W-9 form to be filled out in the name of the entity to be paid (business partner) along with a fee agreement that spells out exactly what the business partner's percentage of the client paid broker fees will be paid. The broker contract is issued by Eclipse Mortgage Services®, and is between Eclipse Mortgage Services® and the borrower. Once the loan is closed, funded, and Eclipse Mortgage Services® confirms the correct fees have been received, within 72 business hours the business partner will be paid according to the signed NCND and fee agreement. If the business partner would like the funds wired directly into their account, a wire transfer fee will be incurred, otherwise… “the check is in the mail”.
